And this couldn’t be truer for my family. Growing up, I shadowed my Mum as she experimented with different recipes, and perfecting food and sweets for family get-togethers. And, if you know anything about Middle Eastern culture, then you’d know that no-one leaves hungry. There will always be enough food to feed a village!

This love of food grew from a ​​birthright into a healthy obsession. And when I’m not in the F&M kitchen, I’m likely running around, on the hunt for the best [insert any delicious thing]. I will drive for hours, just to sample the best tiramisu, ice cream, pastries - you name it.

While on a mission to satisfy my sweet tooth, I have long experimented with often wacky (but always delicious) sweet creations. And with thanks to my friends and family for being willing guinea pigs, I’ve finally turned this passion into a career.

For me, dessert is central to life. It’s the language I use to share my love and gratitude with others, and I’m so happy to be able to spread this joy around.
